Planning an Offsite or Away Day? Start With These 10 Questions >

What’s the typical cost of coaching?

Costs vary depending on the length, format and level of preparation involved. We’ll always give you a clear proposal and agree on costs upfront. Typically, coaching costs £300 for a one hour online session.

We’ll begin with a detailed briefing meeting to understand your objectives and then make recommendations on the approach and fees.

How far in advance should we book?

For workshops and off-sites, a minimum of 6–8 weeks. For coaching, we can start sooner.

Can you provide references or case studies?

Yes, we have case studies you can read here, and we can connect you with clients who are happy to share their experience.

Impact & Results

How will we know if it’s working?

You’ll notice changes not just in outputs and progress, but in how people communicate, collaborate and take ownership. We set clear goals at the start and check in regularly. Many clients use surveys or feedback to track progress.

What results can we expect from team coaching?

Teams report greater trust, psychological safety, accountability and focus. You can expect clearer shared goals, improved relationships, and stronger performance that shows up in results and engagement.

What’s the ROI of leadership development and coaching?

Research shows that investing in leadership development improves engagement, retention and business performance. Our clients tell us the return comes in clearer decisions, more confident leaders, and teams that work together more effectively — saving time, energy and cost. Read more about the ROI of Leadership Development >

How do you make sure change lasts after the workshop or programme?

We build in practical outputs like action plans, Team Charters, or behavioural frameworks. We also offer follow-up check-ins, coaching or pulse surveys to keep momentum alive.

Do you provide follow-up or ongoing support?

Yes. We can stay involved as lightly or deeply as you need, from short check-ins to extended coaching programmes.

Our Approach

What happens at a strategy or leadership off-site?

We create space for your leadership team to step back from day-to-day pressures, think strategically, and align on priorities. We design the session with you so it delivers decisions, alignment and momentum.

Off-sites usually mix frameworks, group discussion and interactive activities, so you leave with clarity, decisions and energy, not just another meeting. For more insights, read this - Do I need a Facilitator for my Away Day or Offsite? >

How do your leadership coaching programmes work?

We start with what matters most to you, whether that’s confidence, delegation, feedback, managing change, or leading with impact. Programmes usually blend one-to-one coaching with practical tools and reflection, delivered over a number of sessions.

Can you combine services (e.g. culture work and coaching)?

Yes. In fact, many clients do. For example, a culture transformation project might include leadership coaching, team workshops, and an off-site. We start by getting to know you, your objectives and then make recommendations on the best approach.

Do you use a set framework or tailor everything to us?

We use proven models (like Hawkins’ Systemic Team Coaching, Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions, Radical Candor and others) but always adapt them to your culture, language and goals.

What’s the difference between coaching and facilitation?

Facilitation is about guiding a group conversation so everyone’s voice is heard and decisions are made. Coaching is more developmental — helping individuals or teams reflect, challenge themselves, and grow over time. We often combine both: facilitation to structure the conversation, and coaching to help people reflect and commit to change.

What’s the difference between individual coaching and team coaching?

Individual coaching focuses on one person’s goals, confidence and leadership impact. Team coaching looks at the team as a whole — its purpose, behaviours, relationships and results. Both are powerful, and many clients choose a mix.

What’s the difference between team effectiveness workshops and systemic team coaching?

Team Effectiveness is usually a one-off workshop to help a team reconnect, reset and agree on how to work better together. Systemic Team Coaching is a longer programme over several months, helping teams build trust, purpose and accountability, while also strengthening how they add value to the wider organisation and stakeholders.

Find out more about Systemic Team Coaching >

What’s the difference between a team away day and a strategy off-site?

An away day is usually about reconnecting, team-building and refreshing relationships. A strategy or culture off-site is focused on big-picture thinking, aligning around goals, priorities and leadership decisions. Both can be designed to deliver clear outputs, and both benefit from skilled facilitation.
