Team coaching
Build trust, purpose and the connection your team needs to succeed.
Teams are more than just a group of individuals
Even brilliant, capable individuals can struggle to perform in a team.
You have talented people, good intentions and shared goals, but something’s not quite clicking. You’ve invested in individual development, but the team isn’t moving forward together.
Tensions go unspoken, meetings repeat the same conversations, decisions don’t stick, and there’s a gap between what’s said and what’s done.
As teams navigate dispersed working, growth, or complexity, trust and alignment can quietly erode.
The result? Slower progress, surface-level conversations, and a disconnect between intention and impact.
One-off workshops may bring temporary clarity, but sustained performance, trust and impact take deeper work.
How we help
We facilitate Systemic Team Coaching programmes that help your team reflect, realign, and grow together. It’s a developmental journey - not just a quick reset.
Drawing on Peter Hawkins’ Five Disciplines of Systemic Team Coaching, we explore together how your team works internally and how it connects to its wider purpose, stakeholders, and organisation.
We combine:
Facilitated sessions to improve communication, collaboration and clarity.
Team coaching to surface tensions, build trust and tackle real-time challenges.
Structured tools and diagnostics to uncover what’s really going on.
Practical outputs like a co-created Team Charter, personal user manuals, and behavioural agreements.
Why it matters
High-performing teams don’t just get on; they align behind a shared purpose and priorities, and they are connected to stakeholders and strategy.
In today’s pressured, fast-changing environment, this kind of teamwork doesn’t happen by accident.
What you’ll get:
A shared purpose and clearer connection to your stakeholders and strategy.
Improved trust, psychological safety, feedback and accountability across the team.
A co-created Team Charter that defines behaviours, expectations and habits.
Better collaboration, communication, decision-making and accountability.
Stronger collective confidence and connection across the wider system.
What we offer
Systemic Team Coaching is delivered as a structured programme over 4–6 months. The programme is tailored to your team’s goals, context and stage of development guided by the Five Disciplines of Systemic Team Coaching:
1. Start with your stakeholders & purpose
We begin by clarifying why your team exists - your purpose - from the perspective of your stakeholders.
This might include stakeholder mapping or interviews to understand expectations, pressures, and what value your team needs to create.
Result: clarity of purpose and stakeholder priorities.
2. Align on goals, roles and success
Next, we ask what are you going to do and help you define what success looks like and what you can achieve together.
We agree shared goals and KPIs, clearer roles, and alignment on how you’ll measure progress and impact as a team.
Result: shared team objectives and measures of success.
3. Strengthen trust and ways of working
We create space for your team to reflect on how you work together. What’s helping? What’s holding you back?
Through honest dialogue, we build psychological safety, trust, explore shared behaviours, and agree how you meet, communicate, and give feedback.
Result: agreed behaviours and team ways of working formalised in a Team Charter.
4. Improve how you connect
We help your team step back and reflect on your wider influence. How do you engage with peers, stakeholders, the community and other teams across the business?
Where do you need stronger alignment, accountability, or clarity?
Result: clearer external engagement and cross-functional connection.
5. Embed learning and growth
We support your team to develop habits of reflection, learning and feedback so that progress sticks.
This might include user manuals, feedback tools, or optional one-to-one coaching for team members or leaders.
Result: stronger feedback culture and collective and individual development
