Meet Polly Robinson
Polly Robinson is the founder of Growth Space, a Facilitator, Executive Coach, and Leadership Development specialist with 25+ years of experience working in business, people development, and culture and brand.
Polly is fascinated by human relationships
Polly is known for her warmth, energy, emotional intelligence and ability to create space for reflection, challenge and change. She also brings strategic insight and commercial savvy to give you a fresh perspective and clarity.
Polly is ILM Level 7 qualified in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and trained in Systemic Team Coaching with Professor Peter Hawkins and Renewal Associates. She is a Facilitator and Coach for the Government-backed Help to Grow Management programme with the University of Leicester School of Business. She was a Coach Facilitator for Henley Business School’s Executive Education programmes.
