We are Growth Space
We believe that work feels better, and businesses perform better when people feel connected.
We help leaders, teams, and organisations to create workplaces where people feel valued, trusted and able to bring their best. Places where purpose is clear, strategy is lived, culture feels genuine, and people feel part of something that matters.
We specialise in strategy, culture, brand, leadership and human connection through facilitation, team and leadership coaching and consultancy.
Whether you’re growing, navigating change, or simply would like your people to work better together, we’re here to help make that journey easier.
We’re known for our warmth, challenge and ability to get under the surface, creating space for honest conversations, human connection, practical action, and meaningful results.

Our Purpose and Values
We believe
We believe every organisation can be a place where people feel valued, trusted and inspired to grow.
Most of us spend a third of our lives at work, so that time needs to be meaningful and enjoyable. Workplaces can be sources of connection, belonging, meaning and motivation.
Our values
Create meaningful connections
We treat every person as an individual. We listen deeply and create space for conversations that matter - with yourself, your team and your work.
Offer a fresh perspective
We ask thoughtful questions, challenge gently and help you see patterns, possibilities and solutions you may have missed.
Be practical and impactful
We keep things simple, human and practical. Everything we do is designed to spark insight and lead to action and results.
Our approach
Every workshop, off-site or programme is tailored to your people, your context and your goals.
We work in partnership with you every step of the way.
We bring a balance of:
Psychological safety and healthy challenge so people feel seen, heard, and engaged.
Structured facilitation with the flexibility to adapt to the room.
Real-world business understanding with tools and frameworks from business strategy, coaching psychology and behavioural science.
Thought leadership
Polly writes about leadership, culture and people engagement in publications including The Guardian, Restaurant Online (formerly Big Hospitality), The Staff Canteen, Speciality Food and Hospitality Mavericks Podcast.
Polly regularly speaks at events such as the Hum4ns, EachOneTeachOne Academy, Bristol Creative Industries, Restaurant Show and Abergavenny Food Festival.
