Meet Polly Robinson
Polly Robinson is the founder of Growth Space, a Facilitator, Leadership & Team Coach, and Leadership Development specialist.
Polly creates the space for reflection, challenge and meaningful change, blending strategic insight with commercial understanding, curiosity, and emotional intelligence.
Qualifications & Experience
25+ years’ experience in strategy, culture, brand and leadership.
ILM Level 7 qualified in Executive Coaching and Mentoring
Certified in Systemic Team Coaching with Professor Peter Hawkins and Renewal Associates
Facilitator and Coach for the government-backed Help to Grow Management programme with the University of Leicester School of Business
Previously, a Coach/Facilitator for Henley Business School’s Executive Education programmes.
